Shipping Policy

Horevo Global LLC ships hospitality equipment and supplies across the United States, including smallwares, tableware, bar tools, and commercial kitchen equipment.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to all U.S. states.
  • We currently do not ship internationally.

2. Processing Times

  • Smallwares/Tableware: 1–2 business days processing, 2–6 business days delivery.
  • Commercial Equipment (Freight): 1–3 business days processing, 3–10 business days freight delivery.
  • Special Order Items: 2–6 weeks.

3. Freight Delivery Requirements

  • Freight orders deliver curbside only.
  • Customer is responsible for bringing items inside, unboxing, and installation.
  • Liftgate service may be available based on carrier options.

4. Delivery Inspection

Inspect all freight deliveries before signing:

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
  • Take photos/videos.
  • Report issues within 48 hours.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by size, weight, and destination. Some items may qualify for free freight shipping.

6. Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, redelivery or storage fees may apply.

7. Backorders

If an item is backordered, we will notify you. You may wait or cancel if the order has not shipped.
