At Horevo Global LLC, we provide a full range of hospitality equipment and supplies, from commercial kitchen equipment to smallwares, tableware, bar tools, and more. This Refund Policy ensures transparency and fairness regarding returns and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processing or shipping has begun.

2. Returns & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturer defect.

To qualify, notify us within 48 hours and provide photos/videos of the issue.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind or incorrect ordering.
  • Used, installed, or unboxed heavy equipment.
  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Consumables, perishable goods, or hygiene-sensitive items.
  • Used tableware, glassware, or smallwares.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Approved returns for damage/defect: shipping covered by us or manufacturer.
  • Other returns (rare): customer pays shipping + restocking fees (20–30%).

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after inspection and approval. Allow 5–10 business days for processing.

6. Warranty Claims

Most equipment includes manufacturer warranties. Warranty repairs and replacements are handled directly by the manufacturer, with our assistance.
